How to eliminate dual Boot Windows 7

Computer tips and tricks - Based on my own experience in  installing Windows operating system, I have installed Windows 7 twice and causing a dual boot which always appear every time you log in the operating system selection question.

The emergence of dual boot on Windows 7 is due at the time did not reinstall the hard disk partition that Windows 7 is longer automatically move them to a directory with the name windows.old. Because saturating with every time you start Windows always choose the OS, even though both are equally Windows 7, if different OS like Windows 7 with Windows 8 or Windows 7 with Windows XP / Vista or even Windows 7 with Linux may I leave it alone. Finally I tried to remove one of Windows 7 operating system already installed so as not to appear again at boot OS choice, and here's how.

To delete / remove one of the operating system, we have to know in advance which operating system to default to using DOS commands (Disk Operating System), BCDEDIT (Boot Configuration Data Edit).

1. Click Start - All Programs - Accessories
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator
3. BCDEDIT type and press Enter, it will appear as shown below.
